The Information Technology department at Durban University of Technology along with the DUT AppFactory is set to be hosting a HackFest. A HackFest consists of software developers, testers and other IT professionals coming together to collaborate on a piece of software. It encourages students and developers to work as a team to showcase their skills and ideas to create a software in line with a theme. The themes for this year’s HackFest is:
The event takes place at the DUT’s Ritson Road campus starting Friday, 24th November and ending on Sunday, 26thNovember in which a winner with the best software will be announced.
